Maxwell Huang, a seasoned industry veteran, brings over 30 years of diverse experience spanning automotive OEMs, R&D centers, international business, and venture capital management. His expertise covers a wide spectrum of automotive domains, including vehicle research and development, product planning, project management, process optimization, procurement, manufacturing and quality control, international business expansion, overseas operations management, advanced technology research, venture investments, and innovation center leadership.  

With a strong theoretical foundation and a wealth of practical experience both domestically and internationally, Maxwell possesses exceptional leadership skills and a remarkable global perspective.  

Currently serving as the Managing Partner of SAIC Venture Capital, Maxwell holds a significant role in identifying promising venture capital opportunities within emerging technology trends to drive SAIC Motor’s transformative development.   

Prior to his current role, Maxwell played pivotal roles at SAIC Motor ATD, SAIC Passenger Vehicle Company, PATAC, and more, where he served as a core founder. Notably, he successfully led various teams in the development of conceptual prototype vehicles, formulated the technology roadmap for intelligent vehicles at SAIC Motor, and contributed to the development of vehicle and powertrain strategies, including overseas projects and new energy vehicle initiatives for SMPV.
